While it is technically still winter in the good ol’ Southern Hemisphere, right now I am sitting here in my brolly pyjamas, a slight sheen of sweat decorating my upper lip. It’s never a proper winter in Brisbane-town. So sad. I will be utterly devastated when summer enters onto the horizon, but what would make me feel better about sweating and getting sunburned (despite judicious applications of sunscreen) would be yet another a fabulous maxi dress. Luckily, a lot of places have me covered. Including, even, an Australian retail outlet. What a shocker!
My must-have maxis for this coming summer:

ASOS Curve Biker maxi. I have wanted this maxi dress for so long now. It was released a little while ago now, and I have been hoping against hope that it will go on sale. I love how different it is to other maxis and its asymmetrical hemline and fabulous colours draw me right in. Need.

This tie dyed maxi from New Look would be the perfect, casual throw-it-on summer maxi.

The L’Artiste dress from Igigi would be a great Christmas party dress. It’s almost worth ponying up the prohibitive shipping prices from the US.

This is a vintage maxi from the Etsy store Concetta’s Closet. These aren’t my measurements. If they were, I would be buying that up in a HEARTBEAT. It has a CAPE. Seriously, someone with those measurements, buy this. Buy it now.
And the Australian brand? Monroe at Myer. They don’t have their latest maxi dress online, but a couple of them are pretty damn cute. And most of those ones listed are even cheaper in store right now, as those maxis were released last year/beginning of this year. So get in quick for the sales prices.

I love maxi dresses but never manage to find one that hits at exactly the right length. Yours is gorgeous! And I love your hair.
(this is Menshevixen BTW :B)
Aww, that sucks! Most of mine end up being too long, haha. Thank you! & Hi.
i find that if you buy the dress one size bigger it will hang longer
